Cardio + Strength is a circuit style class that combines short bursts of intense exercise followed by active recovery. This class focuses on helping participants build endurance capacity and strength through a combination of cardio, strength training, and calisthenics in a relatively short amount of time so that you'll be ready to hit the ropes right after.
